I was wondering how much it would cost for a valve job on a '99 Honda Accord. I was given a price of around $1,000.00. Is this good?

The labor time for valve job is 9.1 hours plus a little more if equipped with accessories such as cruise control etc so $ 1000 seems reasonable if inclusive of parts.
