We just purchased this Accord and wondered if a wet trunk is normal, and if so, where the water is coming in from? Thanks.

Hi there,

You should have no water leaking into the boot (trunk). Remove the carpet or rubber mat and spare wheel, check that all rubber drain plugs are fitted. The water will be entering in around the tail lights or the rubber boot seal. Run a garden hoses around each light and check for leakage past the seal, run the hose around the boot lid (closed) seal, and also check for any signs of leakage. It may be that the boot lock needs to be adjusted a bit.
