1999 Honda Accord Throttle/Idle/Accerlerator/Temp. Gauge

1999 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

While driving, my car died, all dashboard lights lit up. Tried starting car, start; yes, but died immediatly. Gas peddle has been sticking 1xday, AM upon forward drive. Temperature gauge C-H, needle creeps near middle 5-10 minutes into driving. Adjusted throttle cable, to open throttle, so I can drive it. Okay for 2 weeks, then died while driving etc. I would greatly appreciate any help you could provide. Thank you!
