1999 Honda Accord 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 128K miles

I have a 1999 honda accord. When ever i turn on the car it makes a loud noise on the left side of the engine above the water pump. Its even louder when i turn the wheel. I changed the power steering fluid that didnt help. Maby its the water pump causing it to do that.

HI there,

This will not be the water pump, I would be checking that the power steering belt is in good condition and tight, and if this is ok, you will have to get the pump inspected for faulty operation.
