CAR PASSED EMISSIONS TEST, FUNCTIONAL TEST FAILED. NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT PROBLEM. TECH SAID OBD2 CONNECTOR PROBLEM, NO COMMUNICATION.TOOK IT TO ANOTHER SHOP, ALL CODES WERE FINE, NO PROBLEM WITH OBD2. FAILED AT TEST ONLY CENTER, COULD THEIR EQUIPMENT BE WRONG?

If the shop you went to can pull code/s and test center unable to -could be an operator's headspace or their Eq is malfunctioning or whatever the case maybe.
