1999 Honda Accord p 1739

Hi, I am a single parent and my 99 honda accord has the service engine light on, we checked with a meter and the code p1739 came up, what exact part can I buy to fix my car, I cann'ot afford to let the dealer fix it, please help asap. Thank you and god bless

DTC P1739 indicates a defective 3rd clutch pressure switch. Need to inspect wiring harness to the switch, if wiring is OK then replace the 3rd clutch pressure switch.

It is located on the right rear of transaxle, pictured below..

labor costs will only be around $30 or $40 depending on the repair shop you choose. not sure how much the part costs because it is a dealer only item. you will need to contact local Honda dealer to order it.
