I am thinking of buying a 1999 Honda Accord with 117,000 miles on it from a friend of mine. He has done all the routine maintenance work that is required. However, I haven't owned a car in about 10 years - my question is, what kind of repairs can I expect that I will need to do. The previous Honda Accord that he owned lasted 220,000 miles. I will be driving the car primarily on weekends only - around town to run errands and occassionaly on the expressway on weekends.
