On my car when driving it's make a huming sound but when I stop or idle it runs smooth. Air pressure comes up where you put the oil in when runing.

Crankcase pressure is absolutely normal at the oil cap. However, if it feels very strong then you might have a problem.

Check your PCV system, the valve itself, the hose and vacuum source.

If that is fine, then you may have blowby because combustion gases may be surpassing the pistons or valves.
