1999 Honda Accord ob2 CODE

This car has an OB2 code of P1167. The manifold oxygen sensor was replaced and this code came up. Do you have any suggestions as what to look for to fix the problem?

If it was replaced with universal sensor it will not work
its an air fuel ratio sensor and an universal O2 sensor will not do the job
make sure you have what the car call for
