1999 Honda Accord no blower air comming out of vents

I press the heater - defrost -air on the dashboard control area and no light to indicate which one I pressed and no cold air or hot air coming out of the vents---the fan only works on speed 3 and 4 ?? any suggestions ??

sounds like the blower motor resisitor is bad and needs to be replaced
