my car broke the other day and now its saying code e on my radio player and that owner of the car that use to have it never gave us a code or a handbook to show what to do when that happens
how do i get my radio working again?

Usually the code is a a label inside your glove compartment. If you don't, call 800-999-1009 and have your VIN ready when you call.
