1999 Honda Accord LX Manual

I have a 1999 Honda Accord with manual transmission and I had a major oil leak and replaced the front main seal and now when I put my foot on the clutch it stalls and the brand new seal came off again.

Any ideas?

By the way, all the codes cleared after I replaced the front main seal and the EGR Valve so now I am totally clueless as to why I am still stalling and why the seal came off again
