Does above vehicle have a low oil engine sensor and if so how can it be reset so car can be started?

Hi Bill,

No, there is no such device.

If your engine cannot start, you need to check what is missing.

At bottom of post there is a " First Thing To Check " link. It has a lot of information on what to check for.
