1999 Honda Accord left headlight off

My car's right headlight is on. But two left headlight always off. The fuse is good. Do not know what is the problem.

Test the headlight relay no. 2 and fuse no. 45 20amp it controls the left headlights

Hi there,

Pull the plug from the head light globe and check for power with a test light, if OK, check for blown globes, start here.
