1999 Honda Accord Fuse Box Location

I cannot locate the Fuse box that is
supposedly under the Dash board on the Driver side. This is for the 1999 Honda Accord. Please help.

I don;t know about a 99 accord but on my 97 accord it is just to the left of your foot while sitting in the drivers seat. Has a plastic cover over it you have to turn a little knob.
