1999 Honda Accord Front end squeaking

On my 99 Accord I have a squeaking noise on the left front side and it seems to stop when I put the brakes on and starts back up after I release the brakes. It gets louder when I'm turning. I just had a brake job done thinking it was the brakes and it still squeaks.

Check if the backing plates are too near and brushing against the rotor.
