1999 Honda Accord Front end Bumps

Every since I had the Honda replace the transmission at 109,000 miles. I have had this bumping in the front end when I take off. It acks like the tires is bouncing up and down. This doesn't happen every time. It is intermittent. Could this be the shocks or something else.
