1999 Honda Accord Engine suddenly stops

1999 Honda Accord 4 cyl Automatic 90000 miles

Couple of weeks back I drove my car out of the parking and all of sudden the engine stopped. I tried to start it again but it didn't. After waiting for 10 minutes I tried again and it started. The same thing happened last week. In both the cases the car was not used for 5-6 days. What can be the issue? Also I need to get the 90k service done. What all should be serviced in this 90k service?

90 k check up
check adjust and or replace as needed
drive belts
hoses
brakes, brake hoses and lines
axles and CV boots
coolant, hoses and clamps
fuel line
filters, air, fuel, and fresh cabin
timing belt
oil and filter
tranny fluids
tires and rotate
spark plugs and wires
