THE ENGINE WILL STOP RUNNING WHILE DRIVING. IT DOESN'T DO THIS ALL THE TIME. IT ALSO DOESN'T MATTER IF ITS BEEN DRIVEN OR IF ITS BEEN SITTING A WHILE. IT ACTS LIKE ITS OUT OF FUEL BUT THE TANK IS FULL, COULD IT BE THE FUEL PUMP OR MAYBE SOMETHING MORE SERIOUS.

Hi cmestave,

If the dash indicator lights do not come on when the engine stalled, it is caused by a faulty ignition switch.

A safety recalled was issued on the ignition switch and you can contact the nearest dealer to check if your vehicle is affected. They would replace the item free for you if it had not been done yet.

If it is not caused by the ignition switch, there are many possible causes and diagnostics would have to be carried out.
