I have a 1999 honda accord two door and the driver side door will not open from either the inside or ouside. How do I remove the driver side interior door panel without damaging it?

You need to remove the driver's seat and try to remove the driver's door panel inside the car. There will be some scrathes or damage to the door panel due to pulling and forcing it out.
