I was driving while it was raining and I went throug a couple of puddles, and my car stalled. but it started back up. 15 minutes later the check engine light came on. What should I do?

Hi there,
Get the code read and rectify what ever has caused it to show as a fault, it just may be a case of erasing the code and driving it for a while to see if it re sets. it may only be a water problem in a loom plug causing a signal problem from a sensor. Get the code read first.
