I can write a couple of paragraphs of what to look for, but I'll just write a few to get you started in the right direction. Everything that you described (exception to water pump and timing belt) has to do with suspension.
Raise the front of vehicle. Check all your suspension units. All 4 ball joints, all four tie rod ends, two link kits and two bushings for the sway bar, and lastly the strut assembly. Grab the tire left and right, end to end, and try moving it front to back. If it moves more than 1/8", check your tie rods more closely. Now Grab the tire top and bottom, and move it up and down. If if moves more than 1/8", double check your ball joints.
As for your timing belt, factory recommends replacement at 60K, but most drivers ignore the fact. 110K miles is when most timing belt failure occurs due to neglect. As yes, replace your water pump at the same time.
