1999 Honda Accord broke lugnut

trying to change brakes and the lugnut was cross threaded. pushed to hard and broke the lugnut off of the bolt. How do i replace the bolts? that the lugnuts go on.

Short of pulling the hub, you may be able to spin the hub around to find clearance for where you can sneak it out and in. Look for what area gives you the most room and drive the stud out. IF it isn't able to be removed due to space restrictions...or you have already determine it can't, cut/gind it short then drive it out. To get the new one in try manuever the new one in ....probably won't go, but you can often back cut them to give you that little bit off room see pic:

USe an old lug nut to draw it into the hub and discard that nut as it is now too stressed, replace with new.
