1999 Honda Accord Air conditioning switch? AC stopped worki

I have a '99 Accord. The A/C button along with the recirculation, defrost, heater control panel has stopped working. It started as an intermittent problem and has now stopped working altogether. The fan control knob and the fan motor still operates fine. I suspect the control panel itself. Have checked wiring and fuses, all are fine. Please help!
