1999 Honda Accord air conditioner - engine check light

Ifilled the air conditioning with refrigerant and it did the trick as the air conditioner works, bjut now there is a new problem. The check engine light came on and won't go off. Should I be concerned and why is it on?

You should always pay attention to check engine lights, they are the cars way of telling you something isnt working right with the engine management system
