I have a 1999 Honda Accord with 189,000 miles on it. Over the winter whenever you turned on the heat you would hear a slight hissing sound coming from the vents. Now that summer is here my A/C is not wanting to get cold. It will get slightly cool but not cold. My heat never stopped working the problem only seems to be the A/C. Can you tell me what might be the problem.

There are a few things it could be.
1 low on freon.
2 mode door is not switching from heat to cool all the way.
3 a blockage in the air duct work.
4 condenser clogged up with debris.
