Air Conditioning problem
1999 Honda Accord 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 77000 miles

My mother in law has a a/c problem. When I start the car you can hear, and see, that the compressor and cooling fans under the hood comes on. The inside blower does not. After about 3-4 seconds the compressor and outside cooling fans shut off and the inside blower comes on. When the inside fan comes on the A/C is ice cold, until the cooling in the lines is gone. If I bump the ignition between start and run the compressor and outside fans come on and then shuts off after a few seconds. I can keep the cold air coming as long as I bump the ignition switch every few seconds.
The car does have automatic climate control.
A second problem is that the inside blower will only operate on HIGH. I am thinking this could be the resistor down by the fan motor.

Could be...could also be the switch, check for power at the resistor, if OK replace it, if not, further testing is in order!
