Engine Performance problem
1999 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 200000 miles

I've been having this problem for a while but now it seems to be getting worse. The problem started off when I would be driving down the road and all of a sudden out of no where my RPM's and my MPH gauges would go really high then the car would stall. The engine would not rev up or anything like that it would just die. I haven't noticed that happening lately, the car just dies as I'm driving down the road. There is nothing in common about the times that it dies. I can be going 30mph or 70mph. Doesn't seem to make a difference. Also I cant tell you if it happens a lot or not. It just depends. Some days when I am coming home from work it will stall 4 times and some days not at all. Sometimes I have to turn off my radio and A/C or it won't start. Usually I just stick it into neutral and start the engine again while still driving because I am on the interstate and it gets too annoying to pull over every time. Tonight I happen to notice when it happened and I put it in neutral and started it back up my SRS light stayed on for a few seconds longer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

Check the ignition switch could be the culprit due to its a recall switch

I believe I already took it in quite a few years ago for that problem.
