What is the proper way of changing transmission oil. As far as the amount of quarts and the shifting process wihile inserting the oil.

Drain oil.
Top up and test level with dipstick.
Warm engine to operating temp and drive vehicle for a few mins.
Recheck ATF level and top up if necessary, with engine off.
