1998 Honda Accord no hot air

i just got a new engine block on my honda and a couple weeks later it got hot so i check raditor no water. so 3 days later same problem no water in raditor no hot air coming from heater . i put water in radiator and heater works until it runs out of water in radiator..

If you don't have a leak anywhere then you're burning it in the combustion chamber or its going into the crankcase-check the oil condition
