1998 Honda Accord LX

I have gutted the cat, unhooked and re hooked up the O2 sensor, replaced the MAP sensor, and cleaned out the Throttle body and my car is still stalling and cutting out. Will this car not run without the a New catylitic converter, or O2 sensor in the cat. please help

This is common when the ignition distributor goes out, remove the distributor cap to see if there is rust colored dust inside this is a sure sign the unit is bad, you can get a rebuilt dist from amazon, here is how to install it, this problem is very common with these cars. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
