I recently returned from a deployment to the desert and my car sat for about 3 1/2 months without being started. Along with the battery being shot and the brakes needing a little adjusting I am having an idle issue. Once I get the car started and it is idling it fluctuates between 900 and 2000 RPM. Is this something that I can trouble shoot?
