Where is the fuel pump relay located, and how can you tell if the fuel pump or the relay is bad?

You need to check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel pump, its the PGM-FI main relay that powers the fuel pump-there's no fuel pump relay

The PGM-FI main relay is at left side of dash
