1998 Honda Accord engine light

Im interested in buying a car over the web and they are saying that the engine light is on and its the rear charcoal. I researched a little bit and couldnt find it exactly so I wanted to know if you knew how to fix or where I can find this part?

The charcoal canister is part of the vehicle's emission control. They can run from $40 to $100 depending on the make/model of vehicle and brand of part used. Is a relatively easy fix.
