Hi tony2dag,

Check if the side markers and taillight lights are working. There is apossibility the radiao installation has caused the taillight fuse to be blown due to a shorting.

Apart from the dash and AC control panel, are the other illuminations such as Cruise control main and other switches, AT gear shift panel at console etc working?

Did you check the dash lights brightness controller and its wire connector?

Yes. Ive checked all other illuminations. The cruise control illuminations work. I've checked the dash control switch for brightness and darkening. All of the warning lights work. Just not the dash lights and ac control lights.

You would have to check the ground circuits and power supply to the dash and HVAC light bulbs.

Remove the AC control panel and and at the wire connector,

Terminal A8 ( Red/Black ) and A10 ( Red ) wire test for battery voltage with lights turned ON.

For the dash, it is connected to the multiplex system and would not be easy to test wihout aid of diagnostic equipments.

Would a wiring schematic be of help to you?
