1998 Honda Accord Warning Lights Stay On

MY 1998 HONDA ACCORD JUST CRAP OUT ON ME.
I WAS JUST DRIVING IT AROUND AND MY CHECK ENGIN LIGHT CAME ON ALONG WITH MY BATTERIE LIGHT, BACK LAMPS LIGHT, AND DOOR LIGHTS, AND BRAKE LIGHT. I TESTED IT AND IT GAVE ME A CODE REFERING TO MY SHIFT SILINOID WHICH IS IN MY TRANNY BUT I DROVE MY CAR LIKE THAT FOR A DAY AND THEN MY CAR COMPLETE DIED THE CAR JUST SHUT OFF COMPLETE LIKE THE BATTERIE DIED SO I PUT A NEW ONE AND NOTHING WAKED A DAY AND IT TURN ON BUT WITH ALL THE SAME PROBLEMS. SO HAVEN'T TOUCHED IT SENCE I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM W/ THIS CAR I HAVE 137K MILES WITH A AUTO TRANS AND A 4 CYLINDER LS AND THIS WILL BE MY FIRST PROBLEM AND SEEMS TO BE THE WORST. :?:

Hard to read through the information but I assume that the car runs right now but the lights are all on when it is running? Or is just the CEL on?

YES, ALL THE INSTURMENT LIGHTS ARE ON WHILE RUNNING THE CAR ALONG WITH CEL THEY NEVER TURN OFF

Just a shot in the dark here but play with the starter switch and tapping and wiggling the key will make the lights go off. Sounds like a switch problem.
