I HAD MY REAR BRAKES REPLACED INCLUDING DRUMS AT A LOCAL AUTO SHOP. I HAVE TAKEN IT BACK TWICE FOR ITS VIBRATIONS, IT HAPPENS EVERY TIME I HIT MY BRAKES, ITS START TAPPING AND VIBRATING. THEY ADVISED ME TO DRIVE THE CAR FOR 500 MI SO THEY COULD ADJUST,I'VE NEVER HEARD THIS BEFORE IS THIS NORMAL?

No, it is not normal for such to occur thus.

Were the front rotors checked?

While driving slowly, with thumb pressing the handbrake button, slowly pull the handbrake till it engages slightly, does the handbrake feel as if it is pulsating? If yes, the rear brake drums are out of round.

The parts replaced could be faulty as well.

Thank you so much for the input, I was sure it was not normal. I will be taking it back tomorrow, I have a 12,000 mi warranty...lets see what happens.
