1998 Honda Accord blinkers wont blink

i just recently changed the head unit in my 1998 honda coupe, now the my turning signals will not blink. when i turn on my signal it is just a solid light.

ground wire is not attached good somewhere, look where repairs were made recently and at all other light assemblies as well.
