1998 Honda Accord a lot of problems

I have a honda accord 98. when i start the car i heare a rattling sound i also here the sound when i press and release the gas peadle i know my car needs a tune up but the other day i was driving home and i pass a car i presson the gas to get around and the car accelarated then slowed down ,when i press on the gas i was hearing a hissing sound like air leaking from under the car. please help me!

To diagnose or rectify such noise problem is more or less impossible for a cyber mechanic. You need to send it to a mechanic who has physical contact with the noise to understand what could possibly be wrong.
