My 1997 Honda Accord Lx stalls or idles really low when i am stopped in traffic. If the ac or heat is on it almost always stalls right away. It starts right back up and runs fine as long as im moving. I do have a slight radiator leak and im replaceing that, but it has never overheated or anything? Temperature stays normal. Over the last year and a half my car has on rare occasions idled spuratically but always cleared up and never caused any problems. we have checked for vaccum hose leaks and my air filter was a little dirty but nothing major.

Hi jennaybyrom,

Problem is not due to vacumn leaks but rather insufficient air getting past the throttle body.

Get the throttle body and Idle Air Control valve cleaned and idling speed adjusted and retest.
