My 97 honda accord is having issues during a certain point while warming up. Once it reaches this particular point it begins bogging up and down. Once it has warmed up past this point everything but the gas mileage returns what seems to be normal. I have replaced the spark plugs and this did not fix the problem. On a diagnostic computer it throws a code that one of my oxygen sensors is bad. I plan on replacing the sensor myself if I can get it off. Do you think this could be causing the problem?

I doubt the oxygen sensor is causing your problem. Oxygen sensors are only used when the vehicle is warmed up. If the vehicle is bogging when it's cold and once it warms up, is fine;I doubt it's the o2. However, I've seen shorted oxygen sensors cause some strange problems. I'd try replacing it (since it needs to be done anyways).
