1997 Honda Accord my car vibrates/shakes when iM on the hig

If the vibration happens whether accelerating, cruising or coasting, then you need to have the wheels balanced.

If it vibrates only with slight acceleration and lessens or disappears while cruising or coasting, the driveshaft inner joints are unbalanced due to worn or poor lubrication.
