If I dont drive it like a grandma, the gears dont shift until a higher rpm and after the motor is under extra stress like going uphill or trying to speed up,it starts sputtering like its going to cut off and when this happens white smoke begins to pour out of the exhaust. Its had an oil leak for a while now but I've never let it run dry. Also the smoke smells like gas that was burned wrong but because of the leak, under the hood smells like burnt oil.Its also overdue for an oil change. And when the smoke starts pouring out the exhaust,if i let off the gas and coast for a few,it will go away and have to drive it extra slow or else it starts acting like its going to occur again. Is this a blown head gasket?

Have a leakdown test done to confirm if it's a blown headgasket or an engine problem.
