I have drained my radiator and now need to fill it back up. How much coolant should I put in it?

If you just drained the radiator, you would of probably lost somewhere in the neighborhood of a gallon of coolant. Ensure you use a 50/50 mix of water and anti-freeze. Also, ensure you bleed the system properly.
