1997 Honda Accord Fan running after I turn off the car?

Heard clicking noise after I turned off the engine (kinda like something turning on and off). Fan continues to run approximately 15 minutes. Please help! Thank you.

Dunno what fan is constantly On, but check its relay could be sticking
