1997 Honda Accord Engine idle RPM low when AC is on

1997 Honda Accord 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 140K miles

when idle and when AC is on, the RPM is about 200 to 300, and the engine is rough and shaking. What is the problem? Thanks

Hi myaccord123,

The Idle Air Control valve is either stuck or colgged internally.

Get it cleaned together with the throttle body and idle adjust screw passage and readjust the idling speed.
