My car is a 97 honda accord with approximately 175000 miles. It is having difficulty reaching speeds over 20 mph, and it will not reach any rpm over about 3200 to 3300. The engine light is on also. A recent diagnostic at auto sone suggested the shaft speed sensor circuit malfunction. What do you think the problem could be and how much to correct.
