A couple of months ago the brake lamp light came on my dashboard but my mechanic said it was nothing. Now, my brakes lights will not go on. The brakes work but no lights on the rear. I replaced the fuse and stoplight switch with no luck. Can you give me any other ideas?

Hi Inunez,

Did you check the brake light bulbs?

The dash brake failure indicator turning on means a bulb has blown and is not working. All the bulbs could be fused.
