Noises problem
1997 Honda Accord 4 cyl Automatic 156472 miles

when i shut car off there is loud winding noise sounds like that fan that runs its like it undwinds cause the noise stops and the check engine light came on this morning the valve cover gasket was changed on sunday and i just started driving it last night it was sitting since june i just dont want to waste money fixing a million things can u help me please
