fans only working when AC in on. Could this be a t- stat issue?

Hi there,

depending on the Vin No of your car the cooling fans are operated by a number of different sensors, water temp or oil temp, you will better served to ask your dealership to investigate which system you have, as it is a complex system to test as well.
